By accessing copperbob.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products
CopperBob sells .999 pure copper grain and related copper products. Items are sold as collectibles and raw materials. They are not legal tender, investment securities, or financial instruments. Spot copper pricing fluctuates and we make no guarantee of resale value.
3. Orders & Pricing
All prices are in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues. Charges are processed at checkout via our payment processor.
4. Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Use of Products
Copper is a metal. Handle responsibly. Keep out of reach of children and pets. You are responsible for safe and lawful use of products you purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the CopperBob name, logo, photography, and copy — is owned by CopperBob and may not be reused without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CopperBob's total liability for any claim related to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
