Refund & Return Policy

30-day returns

If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Items must be returned in their original sealed container, unopened and undamaged. Opened or partially used product cannot be resold and is not eligible for refund.

How to start a return

  1. Email contact@copperbob.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll reply within 2 business days with a return address and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.

Non-refundable

  • Original shipping charges
  • Opened or partially used copper grain
  • Custom or bulk orders (unless damaged/defective)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size or product you want.
